What's our return policy?

Our jewellery is 3D printed with polylactic acid and hand assembled. We take care to quality check all our items, however occasionally there may be a fault we did not find. Kleine Welten will gladly repair, exchange or refund an item in accordance with the following process:

• The item must have been purchased within 30 days of notification
• Get in touch by email at hello@ecotonos.com
• We will respond within 48 hours to your email

The email to Kleine Welten must include the following:

• A clear photograph of the fault
• A clear written description of the fault
• A proof of purchase being an email confirmation from Kleine Welten

Returns or exchanges are not available for sale or custom items, or for earrings and nose rings due to health and safety regulations.
